I told them about my issue, they contacted me the next day, and in less than a week they had sent me a fully functioning replacement FREE OF CHARGE NO HASSLE. The new cord works perfectly and I suspect that the bad cord (read original review below) was a rare defect, possibly damaged during shipping or maybe even in the factory. I say rare defect because I have had tons of these cords in the past and never had any issues. Aside from the very minor inconvenience, I am EXTREMELY pleased with this purchase and the customer service. [So when I initially plugged it in to the amp, the adapter didn't work. I wiggled the cord from the wall to the power block and it would turn on and off. That cord has a short in it, brand new.
