Sounds worse than old model and mine broke within 2 weeks
"I bought this amp after hearing it is the best for pedal steel. The amp that arrived is a newer version with white dials and made in china, not the same as what is pictured. It worked for around 2 weeks and then developed static and popping noises even when no instrument plugged in. I will be attempting to get a refund. In the meantime I turned around a bought a used, old version model, made in the U.S. with the black dials. It sounds remarkably better (clearer, better headroom, low noise). Buyer beware this new made in china model.."
