"This amp is a zen riddle which means its strength is its weakness. That strength and weakness is that there is one great sound - dime everything on the clean channel and feed it with a single coil pickup (I've found a strat neck pickup to be ideal). I can't get enough of it - it jangles, it rings, it rocks - all in response to your playing touch. The distorted sound is not bad but nothing like Clean Channel Dime Time. Add in the light weight and low (no) maint i.e. no tubes and it's a screaming deal. Honestly it's not in the same class as my (bigger, louder, etc) tube amps but I keep reaching for it for the simple beauty of just playing and enjoying my guitar. To throw in more playing this baby is being, not doing."
