"This is small 20-watt portable practice amp that puts out a big sound. It’s got the standard control knobs for treble, bass and volume; a nice touch is an overdrive button to add some distortion. It’s also got an aux in so you can plug in a drum machine or an MP3 device and play along with your favorite tunes. I got this so I could save my ears a little while I practiced my synthesizer. Unfortunately, the sound is a bit tinny because the magnet is so lightweight. Don’t expect to use this in a live performance unless it’s a strictly casual affair. Due to the speaker hiss, it’s also not up to being a high quality recording tool either. But at this price point you can’t expect it to sound like a Marshall stack. It really does the practice amp job pretty well and if you understand its limitations you’ll get a lot of enjoyment out of it. This would be a perfect starter amp for someone learning to play electric guitar. I’ve had fun with it. It’s nice not to have to use headphones all the time.

Note: it comes with a “pro” guitar cable, but the signal started buzzing when I grabbed the cable with my hand, so I binned it. Life is too short for bad guitar cables."
