"I was excited to buy it, but for me it's too quirky. I don't need all of the options, I just want to plug in and play through headphones. I always have to mess around with it to get sound to my earphones. I'm sorry I didn't pay $10 more and get the Vox, and I probably still will buy the Vox. I had a Vox before and it didn't need to be fiddled with to work. The Sonicake works good when it works, it's just frustrating to have to fool with it to work right. Maybe I just got a "monday" build."

"The sound was muffled when listening through headphones but after contacting manufacturer, they sent a replacement quickly and the product worked fine. Thank you for the quick response and prompt service. Would recommend doing business with them."

"It took a few to learn the button that adjust reverb, amp and fx settings. But once I found some settings I liked, it really sounds nice. Two things I noticed, is there is no "auto shutoff" feature, so if you get distracted, and forget to turn it off like myself, you will use up all the battery. And with that, you can not charge, and use the amp at the same time. So once you find yourself looking to practice and notice the battery is dead, your out of luck until you can spend some time recharging."
